Versaflex™ Low Adhesive Build-up TPE for Protective Film Tack Layer
Prevents Adhesive Residue
Versaflex™ CF TPE for protective film tack layer provides stable adhesion to the surface of steel and rigid plastics and reduces the risk of residue when the film is removed. This low adhesion build-up performance makes the material ideal for use in high-end appliance, household furniture, and building and automotive applications.
The specialty formulation offers film manufacturers a simple, one-step extrusion process to support sustainability goals. Compared to current solvent-based coating technology, co-extrusion film using Versaflex CF can significantly reduce volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions and helps reduce energy consumption by eliminating secondary coating and drying operations. It can also be recycled as thermoplastic material.
