To develop Aquarius water-based inks, the PolyOne team combined the deep-rooted expertise and technological resources of the Wilflex, Rutland, Union Ink, Printop, and QCM ink brands. These highlights include inks that can reduce energy use and inks manufactured with biopolymers. Wilflex Revive inks are currently offered in a base and white ink and are compatible with the Wilflex Epic™ PC Express Color Mixing System. HIGHLIGHTS for PolyOne Specialty Inks Screen Printing Technologies Union Ink low-cure inks feature a wide curing profile, allowing cure temperatures between 270°F and 320°F (132°C and 160°C) Wilflex Epic Bolt low-cure/low-bleed and Shock low-cure cotton are white inks designed to cure at 270°F and can be cured in an oven shared with standard plastisol inks

The Zodiac portfolio now includes non-PVC inks, silicone inks, and water-based inks. Comprised of a combination of bases, additives, pigments, ready-for-use (RFU) colors, and special-effect inks, the Zodiac Taurus family of non-PVC ink solutions also deliver the convenience and printability of traditional plastisol ink systems.
