If a
matte finish similar to that of a thermoset rubber is required, a rougher mold texture
should be used (or a product such as Versalloy™ TPV alloys, which naturally
produce a matte surface).
Most Versaflex™, Dynaflex™ and OnFlex™ materials (and Versalloy™ TPV alloys) are
suitable for two-shot or insert molding onto a PP (and in some cases, PE) substrate.
