The bio-derived TPE formulations provide critical performance features comparable to standard TPEs and silicone, such as weldability, kink resistance, 71 Shore A hardness, and tensile strength.  

The new reSound REC GP 7820 TPE grades are available in hardnesses ranging from 40 – 80 Shore A.

The TPEs are formulated without animal derivatives and are suitable for different Shore A durometer ranges.

The new reSound REC AF 7210 TPE grades are available in hardnesses ranging from 43 - 90 Shore A and can be used for overmolding onto polypropylene (PP) substrates.

Developed in 45 to 55 Shore A durometers, the new reSound R grades are ideal for general purpose applications in the consumer and automotive industries.
