The agreement requires PolyOne to purchase a majority of its annual requirements in North America from Oxy Vinyls LP.

On May 30, 2013, we sold our vinyl dispersion, blending and suspension resin assets (Resin Business) to Mexichem Specialty Resins Inc. The rulings also provided that PolyOne can seek indemnification for contamination attributable to Westlake Vinyls.

Standard and custom shapes and sizes are available with a variety of resins including polyester, vinyl ester, and epoxy, and reinforcements including mat/roving (MR-GFRP) or unidirectional (U-GFRP) fiberglass, or high performance unidirectional carbon fiber.
