Seller’s invoices will include value added tax (or equivalent or similar taxes), and such taxes shall be a separate line item on the invoice. Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing between the Buyer and the Seller, the purchase price for the Product shall be exclusive of any value added tax (or equivalent or similar taxes) and the Buyer shall pay the Seller the amount of value added tax (or equivalent or similar taxes) chargeable on the supply of the Product in addition to the purchase price.
