MagnaPrint Hybrid Fusion Vibrant White offers a flexible, soft, high-opacity, water-based ink printing experience that can be used as a base for hybrid digital screen printing systems.

This new GLS™ Versaflex™ OM TPE material bonds tightly to nylon substrates to deliver a soft, yet resilient grip for safety, ergonomics and comfort.

In addition to Wilflex Epic Rio RFU Standard Colors’ wide-range curing profile, these inks can also print with excellent opacity, wet-on-wet printing capabilities, great stretch, and an optimal soft hand.

When added to PET resins during the injection stretch-blow molding (ISBM) process, Smartbatch Frost Collection provides a soft, cool, and icy look with better slip-resistant performance than typical PET bottles.

In addition to excellent wash durability and a super-soft hand, they can provide an intuitive printing experience with conventional screen printing equipment and processes.    

These new solutions help textile fabric laminations to be soft, stretchable, and breathable, enabling a uniform thickness and overall appearance in athletic apparel such as sportswear and underwear.  

At the recommended use levels in CSD (carbonated soft drinks) applications (around 5ppm), the blue toner is not required and a reduced amount of the red toner may be desirable (in some cases red toner can also be eliminated; this depends on the inherent color of the resin and so cannot be specified here)
